What should I prepare before my video visit?
Have your medical history and any relevant information ready. Complete the online questionnaire before your appointment.
What if I need a prescription?
If necessary, the physician will send your prescription directly to your pharmacy after the consultation.
Is my information secure during the video visit?
Yes, we use secure technology to ensure your personal and medical information is protected.
Who can use the video visit service?
This service is available to clients who have a valid health card and are over the age of 2 (with parental consent). Those without a health card will be charged a fee of $70 per visit.
