UNINSURED SERVICES

The Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) pays for most basic medical services but does not cover the cost of administrative services and some medical procedures deemed to be not medically necessary. These services are therefore uninsured and may be charged directly to the patient. Payment is due on receipt of services.
